Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. If for any reason we need to extend our processing time for your order you will be notified via email. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact us at miikaandco@hotmail.com

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method and will also be displayed at checkout.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and can be affected by issues out of our control once they are with the courier or shipping service. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours. Please check your tracking number for updates on your order.

DAMAGES

Miika and Co is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping service to file a claim. Save all shipping materials, items damaged and take photo's of your damaged order to provide to the shipping carrier.
